Thyssenkrupp CFO: no dual track process for submarine unit divestment
Feb 13, 2025 1:02 AM

FRANKFURT, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Thyssenkrupp is

not running a dual track process for its warship division even

though it has received significant interest from strategic

suitors, the group's finance chief told journalists on Thursday.

Jens Schulte, after presenting first-quarter results, said

the group was focused on spinning off a minority stake of the

business, TKMS, as the main option.
