Ticketing marketplace StubHub files for US IPO

March 21 (Reuters) - Online ticketing marketplace

StubHub on Friday filed for an initial public offering in the

United States.

J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs are the lead underwriters for

the offering.

StubHub will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the

symbol "STUB."
