Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Closes $5.5-Million Asset Sale

04:25 PM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure ( TWMIF ) on Tuesday said it closed the $5.5-million sale of its Sylvan Lake, Alberta, natural-gas processing facility and associated gathering infrastructure to Parallax Energy Operating.

The company said the disposal of the non-core asset will have an immaterial impact on the business. Proceeds are set to repay outstanding senior credit facility balances.

Tidewater Midstream shares closed down by $0.03 to $5.51 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
