Tilray Brands Plans Up To $250 Million 'At-The-Market' Offering -- Shares Fall

08:55 AM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tilray Brands ( TLRY ) said Friday it plans to offer and sell up to $250 million worth of shares from time to time in an "at the market" equity program.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds for acquisitions and investments, not general working capital.

Shares of the company were down 4.7% in recent Friday premarket activity.
