Tilray Brands Regains Nasdaq Compliance on Minimum Bid Price Rule

05:29 PM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tilray Brands ( TLRY ) said late Wednesday it received notice from Nasdaq confirming the company has regained compliance with the minimum $1 bid price requirement.

The company's shares closed at or above $1 for 10 straight trading days from Aug. 13 to Aug. 26, meeting the requirement.
