Tilray Brands to Expand Medical Cannabis Operations to Panama in Joint Venture

04:47 PM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tilray Brands ( TLRY ) said Monday it plans to expand medical cannabis operations to Panama in a joint venture with Top Tech Global.

The companies secured a license from Panama's National Directorate of Pharmacy and Drugs to cultivate, manufacture and sell medical cannabis through the Solana Life Group joint venture, Tilray said.
