Tilray Expands Germany Distribution Through Alliance Healthcare Pharmacy Network

07:53 AM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tilray Brands ( TLRY ) said Thursday its pharmaceutical division has formed a strategic partnership to expand distribution in Germany.

The alliance includes Tilray Medical, CC Pharma, 14U Pharma and the "gesund leben" pharmacy network operated by Alliance Healthcare Deutschland.

The partnership will start on April 1, the company said.

The collaboration aims to improve pharmacy access to prescription drugs, parallel-import medicines and medical cannabis products.
