07:07 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Timken (TKR) has appointed Tim Graham as chief commercial officer and Steve Ribaudo as chief operating officer, effective Sept. 1, the company said Friday.

Graham currently serves as executive vice president and president of Timken's Industrial Motion business, while Ribaudo joins the company from Carrier Global ( CARR ) , where he most recently led its Commercial HVAC Americas business, the company said.
