Timken CEO Tarak Mehta Leaves, Ex-CEO Richard Kyle Succeeds on Interim Basis

04:50 PM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Timken (TKR) said Monday Chief Executive Tarak B. Mehta is leaving the company, effective immediately.

Richard G. Kyle has been named interim president and CEO, the company said, adding Kyle is a member of the board who served as the CEO from 2014 to 2024.

Timken said its board has launched a CEO search process.

The company's shares were falling over 1% in recent after-hours activity.
