07:10 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Timken (TKR) said Monday that its board has appointed Lucian Boldea as president and chief executive officer, starting Sept. 1.

Boldea will join Timken from Honeywell International ( HON ) , where he served as president and CEO of Industrial Automation segment, according to Timken.

Honeywell ( HON ) said in a filing last week that Boldea will leave the company on Aug. 31.

Boldea will succeed Richard Kyle, president and CEO from 2014 to 2024 who has served in an interim capacity since March, Timken said.
