Tintina Mines Appoints Juan Enrique Rassmuss as CEO

08:31 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tintina Mines ( TNNTF ) , which rose near 6% to 52-week highs on Wednesday, appointed Director, President and Chairman and who currently serves as Interim-Chief Executive since February 26, Juan Enrique Rassmuss as its CEO.

The company on Thursday, said the CEO appointment replaces Eugenio Ferrari who, "for continuous medical reasons," has presented his resignation as director and CEO, effective August 27. It also appointed Stefan Jochum, CFA, as director.

Shares of the company closed up $0.015 to $0.275 on Wednesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
