07:26 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tiptree ( TIPT ) said Monday the proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services has recommended that company stockholders vote to approve the sale of Tiptree's ( TIPT ) US specialty insurer Fortegra Group to DB Insurance.

In its recommendation for the merger proposal, the advisory firm noted that the sales process was "competitive" and that the offer "is likely the best available at this time," Tiptree ( TIPT ) said.

Tiptree ( TIPT ) stockholders will vote on the merger proposal at a special meeting on Dec. 3, the company said.
