Tire maker Goodyear to sell Dunlop brand to Sumitomo Rubber for $701 million

(Reuters) - Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co ( GT ) said on Tuesday that it will sell its Dunlop brand to Sumitomo Rubber Industries ( SMTUF ) for $701 million in cash.
