Titan Machinery Completes Purchase of Farmers Implement & Irrigation Dealership Assets

04:23 PM EDT, 05/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Titan Machinery ( TITN ) said late Friday it has completed the purchase of the dealership assets of Farmers Implement & Irrigation, a New Holland dealership with two locations in Brookings and Watertown, South Dakota.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The transaction closed on Thursday, with Farmers Implement & Irrigation generating roughly $20 million in revenue for the full calendar year 2024, the company said.
