06:38 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Titan Mining ( TII ) said Thursday it has started ore feeding at its Kilbourne graphite demonstration facility within the Empire State Mine in New York.

The fully permitted 1,200-tonnes-per-year of concentrate demonstration facility is now in start-up operations, the company said.

Output from the facility will be used for qualification runs and offtake discussions to support the project's progression toward commercial scale-up, Titan added.

The Kilbourne Project is designed to eventually produce 40,000 tonnes of graphite concentrate annually, potentially supplying nearly half of current US natural graphite demand, Titan said.
