Sep 8, 2025 4:52 AM

07:16 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Titan Mining ( TIMCF ) on Monday announced plans to pursue a listing on the NYSE American "as part of its U.S. growth strategy" and also appointed Rita Adiani to chief executive officer, effective immediately.

"Pursuing a U.S. listing alongside the leadership changes marks an important step in Titan's evolution," said Richard Warke, Executive Chairman of Titan.

On Adiani, Titan said she will also continue in her role as President and join the board. She succeeds Don Taylor, who will transition to Vice Chair of the Board.

Adiani has been President of Titan since last October. As chief executive officer, she will spearhead efforts to expand U.S. production of critical minerals in New York and advance Titan's goal of becoming America's first fully integrated natural flake graphite producer in more than 70 years.

Titan also appointed Jenny Hood as vice president of sales. Hood, the former chief supply chain officer at Compass Minerals, is experienced in carbon products and the government contracting process and will lead Titan's graphite business development.

Titan Mining ( TIMCF ) closed down $0.01, to $1.19 lower on Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
