Mar 10, 2026 11:24 PM

07:53 AM EST, 12/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Titanium Transportation Group ( TTNMF ) over the weekend said it removed its "Q1 2025 Corporate Presentation" from its website and added that it will incorporate updated and enhanced disclosure in future materials further to a continuous disclosure review by staff of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).

The company said updates will focus on clearly identifying all forward-looking information and presenting such information in a balanced manner, including an explanation of the underlying basis and rationale and ensuring that any revenue forecasts are accompanied with relevant assumptions, material factors and contextual information supporting such expectations.

Titanium Transportation ( TTNMF ) removed forward-looking information regarding expected future savings in fleet maintenance, as previously contained in its MD&A for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. It expects to publish its next corporate presentation in Q1 of 2026.

The company added that it will be listed on the public Refiling and Errors list for a period of three years in connection with these corrective updates, in accordance with OSC Staff Notice 51-711 (Revised) - Refilings and Corrections of Errors.

Shares of the company closed up 1.3% to $1.6 on Wednesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
