Oct 3, 2024 1:47 AM

02:47 PM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TKO Group ( TKO ) said in a filing Thursday it reached a new $375 million settlement on claims asserted in class action lawsuit filed by former UFC fighters.

The revised settlement, which comes after a recent court rejection of an earlier $335 million proposed settlement over two separate lawsuits, will be submitted to the court for approval.

TKO expects the settlement amount to be deductible for tax purposes. Payment will be made in installments over an agreed-upon period, the company said.
