TKO Signs Agreement With Fanatics for WWE-Themed Online Casino Games in US

02:02 PM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TKO Group ( TKO ) said Tuesday its subsidiary WWE entered into an exclusive multiyear licensing agreement with Fanatics Betting and Gaming to produce and distribute WWE-themed casino games in the US.

Fanatics Betting and Gaming, a subsidiary of digital sports platform Fanatics, will have a license to produce WWE-themed online casino games exclusively for Fanatics Casino in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, TKO said.

The games will launch at the end of July in time for the WWE event SummerSlam, which takes place August 2 and 3 at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, the company said.
