09:55 AM EST, 01/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) said Monday it has signed a deal to acquire Vistar Media for roughly $600 million in cash.

The company said it intends to complete the acquisition, which will be made through its advertising solutions business, in Q1, and expects the transaction to be slightly accretive to its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization.

Vistar Media offers technology services for digital-out-of-home advertisements.
