09:59 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) said Friday it has completed the acquisition of Array Digital Infrastructure's wireless operations and certain spectrum assets.

T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) in May 2024 signed a deal with United States Cellular Corp., now operating as Array Digital Infrastructure, and Telephone and Data Systems ( TDS/PV ) to buy United States Cellular's wireless operations and certain spectrum assets for $4.40 billion.

Consideration received was $4.30 billion after adjustments, including $2.60 billion in cash and about $1.70 billion in debt, Array Digital Infrastructure and Telephone and Data Systems ( TDS/PV ) said Friday.

The companies also said T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) signed a 15-year master license agreement to serve as a long-term tenant on at least 2,015 Array Digital Infrastructure-owned towers.

Array Digital Infrastructure will also extend the lease term for about 600 towers where T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) is already a tenant, they added.
