10:42 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) and EQT said Tuesday they closed their joint venture to acquire Lumos, a fiber-to-the-home provider.

The companies said many Lumos customers will soon become T-Mobile Fiber customers as part of the deal.

During its Q1 earnings call, T-Mobile will provide an update to its full-year 2025 outlook resulting from the transaction.
