08:49 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) said Wednesday it has extended the expiration date of its offers to exchange certain of United States Cellular ( USM ) senior notes to Aug. 1 from July 1.

The extension relates to its offers to exchange United States Cellular's ( USM ) 6.700% senior notes due 2033, 6.250% senior notes due 2069, and 5.500% senior notes due 2070 for equivalent notes issued by T-Mobile, the company said.
