Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.40.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $21.96 billion, up from $20.16 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $21.91 billion.

Shares of T-Mobile were down more than 3% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
