T-Mobile US Unit Plans Euro-Denominated Senior Notes Offering

05:20 AM EDT, 04/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) said Tuesday that its T-Mobile USA unit plans to offer euro-denominated senior notes through a registered public offering, subject to market and other conditions.

The unit plans to use the proceeds for general working capital, which could cover dividends, share repurchases, and debt refinancing, T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) said.
