T-Mobile US Unit Plans Public Senior Notes Offering

09:07 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) said Monday that its T-Mobile USA subsidiary is planning to launch a registered public offering of senior notes.

The company said T-Mobile USA will use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which could include share repurchases, dividends, and refinancing of existing debt.
