T-Mobile USA to Sell 2 Billion Euros Senior Notes in Public Offering

04:52 PM EDT, 04/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) said late Tuesday that its subsidiary T-Mobile USA will sell 600 million euros ($640.1 million) of its 3.550% senior notes due 2029, 750 million euros of 3.700% senior notes due 2032 and 650 million euros of 3.850% senior notes due 2036 in a public offering.

The offering of the notes is set to close on May 8.

T-Mobile said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include share repurchases or dividends.
