03:50 AM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TMT Acquisition ( TMTC ) said late Tuesday its shareholders have voted to approve a merger with eLong Power Holding, a provider of high-power battery technologies.

The company said both boards have unanimously approved the transaction, which is expected to close in the "coming weeks."

The new company will trade on the Nasdaq under the "ELPW" ticker.
