TNF Pharmaceuticals Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Listing Requirement

09:50 AM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TNF Pharmaceuticals ( TNFA ) said Wednesday it has received a Nasdaq notice that it has regained compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement.

To regain compliance, the company's shares maintained the minimum bid price of $1.00 for 10 consecutive business days, TNF Pharmaceuticals ( TNFA ) said.

TNF shares were 2.8% higher in early recent trading.

Price: 4.10, Change: +0.15, Percent Change: +3.80
