11:04 AM EST, 01/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TNL Mediagene ( TNMWF ) said Thursday it received a letter Tuesday from Nasdaq stating it had regained compliance with the exchange's bid price listing rule, as required by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel's decision Dec. 19, 2025.

TNL Mediagene's ( TNMWF ) stock had a closing bid price of $1.00 per share or higher for fifteen consecutive trading days from Dec. 23, 2025 to Jan. 14, the company said.

Shares of the company were up more than 15% in recent Thursday trading.
