01:48 PM EDT, 04/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TNR Gold ( TRRXF ) said Wednesday it bought 6.1-million common shares of the company to date under its normal course issuer bid.

TNR Gold ( TRRXF ) may buy up to a maximum of 9.5 million shares, representing about 5% of the company's outstanding shares on June 1, 2023. No more than 2% of the outstanding shares may be bought in any 30 days.

The company plans to terminate the bid by June 4, 2024.

The company's shares were last seen up C$0.005 to C$0.055 on the TSX Venture Exchange
