The filing covers class A ordinary shares represented by American Depositary Shares, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants and units.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for purposes detailed in future prospectus supplements.

Shares of Token Cat ( TC ) were down nearly 19% in recent trading.
