09:04 AM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TOMI Environmental Solutions ( TOMZ ) said Thursday that it appointed David Vanston as its chief financial officer, effective May 30.

Vanston has held senior finance roles at both private equity-backed and publicly traded companies, including CFO positions at Jon-Don, Flexan, Arcmed-Diba Industries, and VolitionRx, the company said.

Shares of the company were up more than 3% in recent premarket activity.
