Tonix Pharmaceuticals Closes $4 Million Offering

04:43 PM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tonix Pharmaceuticals ( TNXP ) said Friday it closed a public offering of about 2.8 million shares and pre-funded warrants to buy up to 4.2 million shares at $0.57 per share and $0.569 per pre-funded warrant, for gross proceeds of $4 million.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, including the new drug application related to the company's Tonmya product candidate to treat fibromyalgia, the company said.

Price: 0.7076, Change: +0.01, Percent Change: +1.46
