Tonix Pharmaceuticals Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Rule

04:04 PM EDT, 06/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding ( TNXP ) said Wednesday it regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.

The company's shares had a closing bid price of at least $1 for a minimum of 10 straight sessions.

The biopharmaceutical company said it received the compliance notice from Nasdaq on Wednesday, and the matter is closed.
