Tony G Co-Investment Holdings Announces Proposed Name Change, Shares down 30%

11:12 AM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tony G Co-Investment Holdings ( BGRDF ) was last seen down 30% after the company on Friday said it intends to file articles of amendment to change its corporate name from "Tony G Co-Investment Holdings Ltd" to "HYLQ Strategy Corp."

The company expects the name change to take effect on or around June 19.

The company added that, along with the completion of the proposed name change, its trading symbol on the Canadian Securities Exchange is expected to change to "HYLQ".

"The name change is to reflect the company's investments in the HyperLiquid ecosystem, which is within the company's investment policy and mandate," said the company. "As the digital asset market continues to rapidly evolve and mature, so has the company."

The company's shares were last seen down $1.38 to $3.25 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
