01:52 PM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SOS (SOS) said Wednesday it struck a deal to sell roughly $7.85 million of its American depositary shares and warrants to investors in a public offering.

Shares slumped 29%, with intraday trading volume at over 3.36 million versus a daily average of about 319,000.

Voxeljet ( VJET ) said, late on Tuesday, that it plans to delist its American depositary shares from Nasdaq and terminate registration for the shares with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shares sank 44% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 392,000 from a daily average of almost 19,000.

Comtech Telecommunications ( CMTL ) said it has appointed John Ratigan, chief corporate development officer, as interim CEO, succeeding Ken Peterman, who has been terminated as president and CEO for "conduct unrelated to Comtech's business strategy, financial results or previously filed financial statements."

Shares dropped 23%, with intraday trading volume at over 1.6 million compared with a daily average of about 324,000.
