Shares dropped 16%, with intraday trading volume at over 6.83 million versus a daily average of about 884,000.

Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) shares slumped almost 10% amid heavy trading after the firm launched an underwritten registered public offering of 2 million shares, with Goldman Sachs as book-runner.

More than 7.8 million shares traded intraday, compared with a daily average of about 10.5 million.

StoneCo ( STNE ) shares fell after the financial technology firm's Q4 sales missed analyst expectations.

Shares declined 6%, with intraday trading volume at over 14.8 million compared with a daily average of about 4.78 million.
