02:32 PM EDT, 04/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Semantix's ( STIX ) shares slumped nearly 45% intraday after the company said late Thursday that it notified the Nasdaq Stock Market of its decision to voluntarily delist its ordinary shares and warrants from the Nasdaq Global Market.

More than 1.29 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 26,000.

Enphase Energy ( ENPH ) shares dropped 5.4% after the company said Thursday that David Ranhoff will step down as its chief commercial officer, effective June 30, and will transition to a part-time role as commercial adviser.

The company said two senior vice presidents will fill Ranhoff's current role.

More than 4.69 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 4.12 million.

Biodesix ( BDSX ) said it priced an underwritten offering of about 17.3 million shares at $1.15 apiece and signed agreements for a concurrent private placement of 760,857 shares of its series A non-voting convertible preferred stock at $46 per share.

Shares slumped nearly 9%, with intraday trading volume at over 2.04 million versus a daily average of about 108,000.
