01:33 PM EDT, 04/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Live Nation Entertainment ( LYV ) fell nearly 7% following a Wall Street Journal report, citing sources familiar with the matter, that the US Department of Justice is preparing an antitrust lawsuit against the company.

Almost 6.8 million shares have traded so far on Tuesday, compared with an average daily volume of about 2.2 million shares.

Shares of ArcelorMittal ( MT ) dropped 6.6% after a Deutsche Bank downgrade of the steelmaker on Tuesday to hold from buy coupled with a $31 price target.

More than 2.7 million ArcelorMittal ( MT ) shares traded intraday compared with an average daily volume of around 1.5 million shares.

Sprout Social ( SPT ) tumbled 4.3% after the social media company late Monday said company president Ryan Barretto will become its new chief executive on Oct. 1, succeeding co-founder and current CEO Justyn Howard, who will become executive board chair at the company.

Over 1.18 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 566,000.
