02:50 PM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AmpliTech Group ( AMPG ) said in a regulatory filing late Thursday it would be unable to post its quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31 on the Form 10-Q within the prescribed time.

Shares slumped 32.7%, with intraday trading volume at over 544,000 versus a daily average of about 23,000.

GameStop ( GME ) shares tumbled after the company reported preliminary results indicating fiscal Q1 sales tumbled.

The video game retailer also said it may sell up to 45 million shares.

Shares sank 23%, with intraday trading volume at more than 79.6 million versus a daily average of about 16.6 million.

DXC Technology ( DXC ) reported, late on Thursday, lower fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings and revenue.

The company also issued Q1 and fiscal 2025 estimates that missed projections from analysts polled by Capital IQ.

BMO Capital adjusted its price target on DXC to $17.50 from $23 while maintaining its market perform rating.

Shares dropped nearly 17%, with intraday trading volume at over 9.9 million compared with a daily average of about 2.2 million.
