The offer included a $25 redemption price per share for the company's 8.75% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock.

Shares of CareCloud ( CCLD ) surged 84.5% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 85.6 million from a daily average of about 55,000.
