01:47 PM EDT, 04/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Novartis ( NVS ) has agreed to acquire Regulus Therapeutics ( RGLS ) for an initial payment of $7.00 per share in cash at closing, or $800 million, Regulus said Wednesday.

Shares of Regulus more than doubled as intraday trading volume soared to over 23.4 million from a daily average of about 1.3 million.

Oddity Tech ( ODD ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings and sales late Tuesday above forecasts and raised its full-year EPS and revenue guidance.

Shares soared 26% as intraday trading volume surged to more than 4.2 million from a daily average of about 458,000.

Jeffs' Brands ( JFBR ) said Wednesday that it signed a definitive agreement to sell its Smart Repair Pro unit and its 49.1% stake in SciSparc Nutraceuticals to Plantify Foods.

Shares jumped 52% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 85.8 million compared with a daily average of about 317,000.
