B. Riley Financial ( RILY ) shares were down 11% pre-bell after Levi & Korsinsky filed a class action lawsuit against the company that sought to recover shareholders' losses who were impacted by alleged securities fraud between May 10 and Nov. 9 last year.

Shift4 Payments ( FOUR ) shares were down nearly 8%, reversing Friday's gain.

Li Auto ( LI ) stock was down 5.2%, reversing Friday's gain.

Team (TISI) shares were down 3.6% after saying Friday that it received a delisting notice from the New York Stock Exchange due to non-compliance with the latter's $50 million minimum market capitalization requirement.
