Aquestive Therapeutics ( AQST ) stock fell 13% a day after pricing an underwritten public offering of about 16.7 million common shares at $4.50 per share for gross proceeds of about $75 million.

Signet Jewelers ( SIG ) shares fell 7.3% after posting lower fiscal Q4 sales from a year earlier and issuing lower-than-expected fiscal Q1 and 2025 sales outlooks.

BioNTech (BNTX) stock slipped 5% after reporting lower Q4 earnings and revenue from a year earlier.
