08:14 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Galera Therapeutics ( GRTX ) shares were down 35% in recent Monday premarket activity after the company said in a regulatory filing it was notified by the Nasdaq that the regulator planned to delist the company's shares from the stock exchange due to its failure to meet the Nasdaq's continued listing requirements.

Ault Disruptive Technologies ( ADRT ) stock dropped more than 33% premarket Monday after the company said Friday it communicated to the New York Stock Exchange that the company had no knowledge of any "material corporate developments or material, undisclosed information," regarding the "unusual trading activity" in the company's shares.

iSpecimen (ISPC) shares slipped over 29%, reversing from Friday's 1.6% gain.

Caribou Biosciences ( CRBU ) stock fell 17% premarket after Evercore ISI downgraded it to in-line rating.

Price: 0.1397, Change: -0.08, Percent Change: -35.05
