08:12 AM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ASLAN Pharmaceuticals ( ASLN ) shares plunged 50% in recent Wednesday premarket activity, after saying its ASLAN Pharmaceuticals Pte sole operating unit submitted a voluntary liquidation application.

Five Below ( FIVE ) shares were down 14%, a day after issuing a lower-than-expected fiscal Q2 diluted income per common share and sales outlook. Comparable sales are also anticipated to fall roughly 6% to 7%.

Virpax Pharmaceuticals ( VRPX ) stock was 8.6% lower, erasing Tuesday's 41% gain.

New Horizon Aircraft ( HOVR ) shares fell nearly 4%, shaving Tuesday's 32% raise.

Qualcomm ( QCOM ) shares slipped 4.5% after HSBC downgraded it to hold from buy and raised its price target to $200 from $190.
