08:00 AM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ryde Group ( RYDE ) shares tumbled 60% in recent Thursday premarket activity, extending Wednesday's 36% loss.

Syra Health ( SYRA ) stock plunged 53% after saying overnight it priced a public offering of a total of about 3.2 million shares of its class A common stock, series A warrants to purchase up to 3.2 million shares, and Series B warrants to purchase up to an equal amount of shares at a combined price of $0.64 per share and warrants for total gross proceeds of roughly $2.1 million.

CN Energy Group ( CNEY ) shares slipped 30%, a day after it said it had been notified that it was not in compliance with the Nasdaq's listing rules.

Caleres ( CAL ) stock fell 18%, after reporting lower fiscal Q2 adjusted diluted earnings and net sales from a year earlier, while also lowering its fiscal 2024 adjusted EPS and sales outlook.
