08:04 AM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pagaya Technologies ( PGY ) shares were down more than 16% pre-bell Thursday after the company said overnight its Pagaya US Holding Company unit is planning a $125 million offering of exchangeable senior notes.

Concentrix ( CNXC ) shares were nearly 12% lower after the company cut its fiscal year non-GAAP earnings guidance.

TNF Pharmaceuticals ( TNFA ) shares were down 10%, reversing Wednesday's advance.
