08:10 AM EDT, 10/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Spirit Airlines ( SAVE ) shares tumbled 33% in recent Friday premarket activity after a Wall Street Journal report said late Thursday that the budget carrier is in discussions with bondholders for the terms of a potential bankruptcy filing.

Cemtrex ( CETX ) stock fell 26%, extending Thursday's 51% loss.

Rivian Automotive ( RIVN ) shares were down more than 7% after the company lowered its 2024 annual manufacturing guidance to between 47,000 and 49,000 vehicles from 57,000 previously.

AZEK ( AZEK ) stock slipped 2.6% after Loop Capital downgraded it to hold from buy with a $47 price target.
